simple but really gorgeous taste, Japanese Tofu(Hiyayakko)

Hiyayakko means a Tofu which is eaten cold and un-cooked.

this Tofu package is called "風に吹かれて豆腐屋ジョニー(Kaze ni fukarete Tofu-ya Jonny)". this one was introduced as most tasty Tofu in Japan when i was a college student.

i ate this Tofu with Hiyayakko style.

once you open the cover, you can see silky and shiny Tofu.

this one is really soft, so you have to be really careful when you move it onto a plate or dish.
(even though the shape was broken, it should be still tasty, so you don't have to worry too much)

you put soy sauce on the plate too.

and eat the Tofu with the soy sauce.
this is very simple way but it is really tasty.
the Tofu-ya Jonny is known as very silky and creamy Tofu. please try it when you have opportunity.
